Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Glück in Sicht Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG, Fördestraße 2-4, 24960 Glücksburg, Phone +49 4631 939300-0, Email reservierung@glueck-in-sicht.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an email or the form on this page). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Upon withdrawal, the voucher is blocked. There is no need to return the voucher card. If the voucher was partially redeemed before the withdrawal, we will refund the unredeemed balance.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Section 312g(2) No. 9 German Civil Code). This applies to tickets for events on a fixed date.
